How Can I Return an Order?
Would you like a different color, size, or was your order not as expected? At Dreambeads Online, returning items is easy and can be done in a few simple steps.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase after receiving your order. Once you’ve registered your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
2. Return Form
Download our return form and complete it digitally, print it out, and include it with your return. This speeds up processing but is not mandatory.
3. Pack & Send Back
Return items undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns are at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of shipment and Track & Trace. If you live nearby, you can also drop off your return at our Middelburg location.
4. Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refunded amount will be processed within 14 working days.
5. Exchanges?
Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order through our webshop.
