RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we act accordingly. We believe 100% in our products, but we also understand that it may happen that an item does not meet your needs.
We use the following conditions for returning products:
(1) You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. If possible the item should be returned in its original packaging and unopened. The cost for the return is at your own expense.
(2) Download the return form from our website, fill it in completely and place a copy into the return package for correct and quick processing, this is however not obligatory.
(3) Compliance with this procedure is not a mandatory condition for exercising the right to cancel.
(4) Once we have received your returned item, we will determine whether the item has been returned in good condition. If this is the case the outstanding amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
(5) Return consignments are at your own risk. We are therefore not liable for a lost return shipment.
(6) Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. If you would like to return one or more items and would like to receive a different size or color instead, you can follow the same steps as the return process. You can then re-order the desired item on our website.
