PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS, PERSONAL DATA AND WINNERS:

1. Participation in promotions is free.
2. Participation occurs when you place an order or register for the promotion or you participate via our social channels.
3. Personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties without prior consultation. We adhere to the privacy policy.
4. Participants' personal data may be used internally for subscribing to our newsletter if permission has been granted.
5. Participants' personal data can be used internally to receive a one-off Dreambeads Online email.
6. Winners will be selected at random.
7. The winners will receive a personal message via email or via the social media account where the promotion took place.
8. If the winner of a promotion does not respond within 7 days of being announced, a new winner will be chosen.
9. Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.
10. It is not possible to redeem the prize won for another product or an amount of money.

CONDITION OF VOUCHER CODES:

1. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher code per order.
2. Voucher codes are only valid once.
3. Voucher codes cannot be subsequently added to an order.
4. It is possible that a voucher code has a minimum order value.
5. Wheel of Fortune voucher codes are valid for 1 (one) month.
6. Voucher codes are not redeemable during the Black Friday promotion.
