Ordering & Delivery

  • What is the delivery time?
  • If you order on workdays before 16.00, we will send your package the same day!

  • What are the shipping costs?
  • Our shipping costs to England are € 13.00. For orders from € 150.00 the shipping costs are free.

  • Do I need an account to shop?
  • No, you can place an order at Dreambeads Online without an account. If you would like to take advantage of nice discounts, we recommend to create an account. In addition, having an account obviously has several advantages such as faster checkout, multiple shipping addresses and looking at your previous orders.

  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
  • If we have received your order on working days before 16.00 o'clock, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as it is registered at DPD (this happens after 17.00). Do you have an account? Then you have insight into the status of your order at all times. You can also use this status request here.

  • My e-mail address will not be accepted
  • Note that there is no space behind or for your e-mail address and provide a valid e-mail address. Example: somebody@gmail.com. An e-mail address may only be used once per account. It doesn't work? Then go here to our contact form.

  • We're a company, do we receive a discount?
  • For business customers, we advise you to create a business account. Creating a business account is done within a few minutes. After your business VAT number has been checked, the account will be activated immediately and you can benefit from various benefits.

  • My order is not delivered yet
  • We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normaly, it does not take longer than 2-3 days for your package to arrive, but very occasionally it may be that the shipping takes a little longer. Has a time limit of 3 working days been exceeded? Please contact us here.

    Unless you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, we will wait with sending your order until the payment has arrived.

  • My order is not complete
  • Oops! We take every order with the most care and do everything to prevent this. If something is not in order, please contact us through this contact form, then we will resolve it immediately for you. This also applies to an incomplete packaging.

    Note: Perhaps an item was unfortunately no longer available. In this case, a credit invoice has been sent.

  • Which delivery options are possible?
  • All our parcel post is delivered by DPD. Another possibility is to collect your package at a pick-up location of DPD in your area.

  • When will I receive a track & tracenumber?
  • You will receive a track and tracenumber by e-mail after 5 pm.

  • Why did I not receive confirmation of my order?
  • An email will be sent as soon as possible with the confirmation of your order. If you still have not received anything after 30 minutes, please contact us through the contact form.

  • Can I change my order?
  • Yes, but this is only possible within 1 hour after placement. You can not make this change yourself, please contact us through the contact form.

  • To which countries does Dreambeads Online send?
  • We ship our packages (almost) worldwide. Look here for an overview of the shipping costs per country.

  • The item I'm looking for is sold out, when is this item in stock?
  • This differs per product, but the largest part of our range is replenished as quickly as possible. Tip: Enter your e-mail address in the back-in-stock message that will be visible at a sold out article. So you are immediately informed when the article is back in stock!

  • I am looking for a specific product
  • One of our biggest priorities is that you can find all products quickly and easily on our website. Through the menu, filter and search function you can easily search for your favorite items. Still can't find your product? Let us know and maybe we can help you. There can be a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks if we have to order a product

  • Are your products nickel-free?
  • Our products are all nickel-free. This makes them suitable for people with nickel allergy.

  • What is the inside size of an article?
  • With each article with a (bore) hole you can discover the inside size in the product description. This allows you to know exactly on which material the article can be threaded. We also accurately measure our products so that you can estimate the size.

  • What does DQ mean?
  • DQ = Designer Quality and stands for excellent quality and long-lasting color retention. With our articles of DQ quality you have absolutely good products. You can find DQ at our rocailles, glass beads and various pieces of jewelry.

Returns & Exchange

  • How can I return one or more articles?
  • You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return. The products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and at your own expense. Please enclose a fully completed return form for the return shipment for correct and quick processing. Download the return form here.

    After receiving the returned items we will determine whether the products have been returned in good condition. Upon approval, the purchase amount of the items will be credited within 14 days. Do you want to return the complete order? In addition to the purchase price, you will also be credited with the shipping costs.

  • Can I exchange items?
  • Did you receive an article that you would like to exchange because the size is not right, the colors do not match or for any other reason? No problem, follow our return process.   • How can I pay?
  • You decide that. You can complete your order with the following payment methods:

    We recommend a direct payment method such as PayPal for fast delivery.

    Do you have a gift card from Dreambeads Online? Activate the voucher in your account so that you can use your credit as a payment method. If you still have balance left, it remains valid and can be used for a subsequent purchase.

  • We use an SSL connection for online payments. The web address always starts with 'https: //'. The internet connection is secured. This means that all personal data is encrypted and others can not view your information. Whichever payment method you choose, you will pay safely.

  • Where can I find the invoice for my order?
  • We will add the invoice for your order to your package. Have you ordered with an account? Then you also find the invoice in your account. Go directly to your account here.

  • I have a store credit on my account
  • On some occasions (such as returned products) we can place shopping credit on your account. This is credit that you can use during a purchase within our web store. More information about the shopping credit can be found in your account and redeemed in the shopping cart.

  • My discount code of the newsletter registration does not work
  • Copy and paste (ctrl-c: copy ctrl-v: paste) the code in the input field to prevent typing errors. Another possibility why the discount code does not work is because it has already been used (even if the order is canceled, the discount code will no longer work). Are you stuck?   • What are the conditions of a Dreambeads Online gift voucher?
  • It is the ideal gift for those who like to make jewelry themselves. This digital gift voucher can only be used at the Dreambeads Online webshop and can be redeemed only with a customer account.

    If there is more credit on the voucher than the amount of the order, this is not a problem. The balance remains valid and can be used with a subsequent purchase.

  • How can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel this within 1 hour after placing your order. Please contact us through our contact form

  • How fast will I be refunded after cancellation?
  • When canceling one or more articles, this amount will be credited as quickly as possible. This can be credited to your bank account (standard) or saved as a store credit in your account (if desired).
